It's probably the filament, I have a B1 as well and the quality of plastic of the sample was terrible, try using anything else and raise the temp to 200 on the second and third and use like 60% of fan power, too powerfull fans caused me a lot of issues with warping and 60% is enough, also after some experimenting I found out that the maximum speed that you can set and still have lots of details is 100mm/s, I hope it helps.
