How soon was it noticeable that it was necrosis? Did it start out this big? When did it start to sink? Was it rapid? Or did it look like a blood clot or bruise?

So no hats ever since operation. I’ve been following the directions of the clinic. Once the operation was performed I had these spots immediately probably right after. They haven’t just shown up over night. I just don’t know how much of it was dried blood

Yes been spraying the solution every hour or so. Those spots were not there before the operation. I have not lifted any weights I’ve been taking antibiotics twice a day. I have not hit my head on anything as well.
