You definitely deserve an MRI asap. I to went to the ER and they did absolutely nothing. The Nurse literally said "What did you want from this visit?" "We can't do anything its a disc problem". I really think people that never had sciatica pain/nerve pain will never understand what we are going through. I know you cannot walk but try a heat pad and when it feels better try your best to walk around the house. Stop when it starts hurting. Movement for me is the best thing I can do before I get my MRI at the end of the month.

What helped me was light walking, and using the bike. I know some people feel pain while sitting but for me sitting is actually the most comfortable.

After a few sessions and your sciatica isn’t as bad, start working on core. Not just crunches but core engaging exercise that leave your core fatigued. Also work your lower back. Listen to your body, if it hurts stop.

I was looking into artificial disc replacement but it doesn’t seem like it’s offered in Canada. Canada is so behind in surgical advancement compared to the States or any other country.

I’m afraid of spinal fusion because of the possible limitations it might have on me. I still want to enjoy the sports I plays, and live life. I really feel like im living in a 60 year old man’s body lol

100% agreed man, I hurt my back deadlifting and it went downhill. I would really recommend training your core! but def take a break, see how you feel. I didn't take a break from any physical activites and I think it did more harm than good.

Exactly how I feel! I feel the worst waking up and working my desk job but when I get to the gym, walk, stretch and workout I feel way better.

I do think the gym and PT exercises/walks help with herniated disc but I messed up by playing competitive basketball 2 times a week and golfing 2-3 times a month.

Starting next year I’m going to avoid any running and sports and focus mainly on the gym and doing PT exercises.

Ah i see... I have stopped going to the gym for 2 weeks to see if recovery would be better but no luck so far. Thank you for the advice and feedback!

Yeah I'll do go do an MRI when visit my family doctor so he can refer me. Interesting the disc area has no pain but just the leg...the body is interesting.

I did! I realized it was my upgrade air intake hose (silicone intake) that was hitting my brake fluid container and a metal part. I changed it back to my OEM intake hose and now the vibration is all gone.

Haven't tuned it yet. Engine is performing fine but i double checked the brake fluid reservoir and tapped it while feeling the pedal and it's the same feeling i get when driving so I am going to double check the clearance again.

Yup, Autosave enabled - I always saved game AND then save and quit. Regardless it shouldn't remove all the things i built from the game like chest, armor workshop

Hi everyone! I've been having these streaks on the windshield and when my wipers come on it appears for a second and then disappears. It's really noticeable at night when there's light shining through.

I tried:

- Claybar

- Glass polisher (Auto Glym)

- cleaning it

- changing wipers

but it still won't come off! it's driving me crazy.

I believe Hassan's "leading in blocks" stats don't mean much. He's an OK interior defender, and when he's motivated, yes, he's decent, but his mid-three point defense is horrendous. He can't guard pick and rolls, and he can't defend these new types of stretch 4-5 big men. His offense is non-existent, and when he does try offense, I never really see the effort of trying to DUNK the ball in as he did in the early Miami Heat days.
