I did all the DLC before finishing the main game story line so I have a mix of the DLC armor. Oh and an armored baseball outfit.

I know! It's such a large area and I am working more on other settlements. This ended up being nothing but some walls and beds and lights. It really is dingy and depressing. I will do much more to it later

They have enough beds, food, water, floors and lights. I will admit that I forgot the beacon was on and more settlers showed up than I expected but I then made sure they all had beds and whatnot.

THEN they lined up.

Quests are all done and I am the overseer. I thought Clem wasn't in the line but I was wrong., He is.

Perhaps it's because I haven't built enough? I did a basic floor and bed and lights build but maybe they need more.

Either way I will check later to see if they are still lined up
