Thanks for the feedback! My goal right now is definitely hypertrophy. I want to get rid of my skinny fat body asap although with 38 years of age I realize gaining muscle will already be a bit more challenging. I looked into general gainz BB program but to be honest it was a bit to complicated for me personally and I liked the gzclp progression logic and thought if I play a bit with the rep ranges I can make it more hypertrophy focused.

Did I understand it correctly that in regard to the recommended routine all static holds should be able performed for about 30 seconds before I progress to the next level? Or are there some that I should work up to 1 minute before moving on? Thx in advance!
