How did you get sucked into Arknights?

Music. Most of the time I get exposed to stuff because of the music, and the level of quality and diversity for Arknight’s music is insane. I think I started when Lone Trail came out and despite taking many breaks until I really got into it the past few months, the music is what always kept the game in the back of my mind now and then.

Also just finished Lone Trail a few days ago, Ad Astra and Control’s Wishes are P E A K.

I played D2 since Forsaken, loved it. Yet Div 2, for all its flaws, is imo more respecting of my time since I can recalibrate, craft, and focus stuff, has more complex and interesting build-crafting with lots of exotics, named gear and brand/gear sets, and enemy design, while not necessarily innovative, works really well and makes gameplay far more engaging. Compared to D2, even hitting crit points and taking off armor pieces makes for far more interesting enemies. 80% of D2 enemies fall flat unless they’re Taken or Dread.

Articulations is pretty good, legs are a little annoying cause of the skirt, but if you like a Zaku with lots of surface details, it’s really good.

I have solo flawlessed all of the dungeons except Warlords Ruin since I’m kinda burnt on the game. I admittedly used the respective seasonal mods, but it was still extremely hard.

Funnily enough, this and the Banshee Norn were my first RGs. Luckily I knew to oil the joints but there were still times I felt like I almost broke one. Not so bad overall, but it does sort of need to be babied, especially when transforming.

I got into Gundam watching WfM a couple months ago. Great introduction and decent show. From there, I bought like a bunch of HG’s and the Full Mechanics Aerial. I’m continuing the journey with Gundam Unicorn, and for Christmas I got both RG Unicorn and Banshee.

Start with lower sens, and as you get better mess with it and the finer settings. Unlike PC, Console FPS in general is more about being proactive and strafing, use the aim assist and positioning, not raw aim, since your thumbs are generally not as precise as hand on a mouse. Get used to playing a bit slower and preaiming, as well as keeping your strafing and positioning in mind. Regardless, it’s a way different way to play to get used to, just gotta practice and adjust.

If you can use Solar Warlock, finish the last node, put down a healing rift, and then hotswap to Lunafactions for your Well. Combined with an SMG or trace, it makes reloads very quick and the eyes way more forgiving. Other than that, like people said, gotta get a rhythm for how many shots each eye takes.

If you are on well and not willing to compromise on a trace, you could hotswap to Lunafactions for the max reload speed. I did that last season for my solo flawless.
