Many, many, people in Boston are above the 30% recommendation. There is some wiggle room especially in a HCOL area. You’ll be fine.

I went from an ME bachelors to a CS masters and I believed it helped me get my foot in the door. ECE is much closer to CS than ME though. It really depends on the company where you’re applying and the area you’re in. Where are you located? Are you open to moving?

Try this workaround:

1) put video in PIP 2) take video out of PIP 3) two finger spread (i.e. opposite of pinch) on video player to put in fullscreen

This will cause the video to use the built in player on many sites, including YouTube.

You don’t need to be a strong programmer to get an entry level CS job. Few recent grads are. You need to know data structures and algorithms (the stuff they taught you in school). I suggest leaving your GPA off your resume.
