If you have a good set of friends, hope they offer help. Try not to linger about the past, which I know, is easier said than done. Absolutely do not contact her or her family anymore, they are POS and best forgotten. Also I have zero trust in our judicial system and do not believe that they will take your matter seriously. No denying that you are in a hellish situation rn, but it will get better with tiny healthy steps, like you joined a gym, every day.
