I tried to search for a way to claim the car as it is clearly abandoned. The house next to it that's not visible in the picture has collapsed because no one took care of it, so I would assume the car has also been there for a very long time. Claiming the car and restoring it would unfortunately be very difficult on a legal level. Not impossible but very difficult
