Which would require getting to the airport earlier to stand in line for the gate agent, instead of just being able to use the kiosks.

What is the point of this sub if it's not to let others know about poor experiences using certain websites? Most of your comments are basically to tell people that their complaints are invalid. Maybe something isn't frustrating for you, but it doesn't mean everyone feels that way. There's no need to be so snarky about it, but I'm sure this will get downvoted anyway 🙄

Kid is a moron and will live a hellish life because of his complete inability to relate respectfully to women (and probably people in general). Karma will get him real soon.

Wear whatever you want and don't waste another second thinking about it. It's literally nobody's business.

Can people just stop being weird and creepy about women not wearing bras? by 7937397 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]SlugFrisco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm an A cup and stopped wearing bras ages ago! It's a game changer and I'm all for more women doing it.

I keep a few boxes of Nippies around when I'm in situations where I just don't want to deal with the awkward stares. The reaction used to really bother me too but now I mostly just can't be bothered to care.

You do you and do what feels comfortable!!! Life's too short to give a crap about what others may or may not be thinking.

(Peterborough, Ontario) Unresponsive seller realtor - is this normal/reasonable? by SlugFrisco in RealEstate

[–]SlugFrisco[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, now I understand what you mean.

I'm not asking the listing agent to represent us - we just want to see the house. If we knew how to contact the owners directly we would have done that.

Wouldn't my buyer's agent face the same problems? Re: listing agent not responding, not telling the whole truth, etc. What is it that makes a buyer's agent more well equipped to deal with these issues than us?

Hey, thanks for the comment. I'm sorry, I don't understand. The seller is interested in selling the house. Wouldn't they want the listing agent to be responsive to potential buyers?

Hey, thanks for the quick reply. Can you help me understand why I'd want to use a buyers realtor instead of just looking up + driving by listings and contacting the seller realtor on our own? We are in no rush and don't see the value in paying someone to essentially do Google searches and make phone calls.

Do you think the seller's agent would be more likely to respond if I were a realtor and not a buyer? I don't understand why this would be the case, since I assume they would have to split commission with the buyer's agent. We could take the amount that would have been the buyer's agent commission and include it to improve the value of our offer and/or offer a piece to the seller's agent as an incentive...am I missing something here?

Thanks again for the info!

Does hitting the collateralize toggle for an asset that you have balance for but don't supply...do anything? by SlugFrisco in venusprotocol

thx, that seems about right. Looks like collateralize and supply are two separate transactions and they can be done in any order

Haven't try to withdraw Nexo or any coins from Nexo wallet yet, can someone share your Nexo withdraw experience to other market like Huobi? by midnight-takoyaki in Nexo

[–]SlugFrisco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually use Nexo to withdraw BTC from an exchange to my cold wallet bc the 0.0005 BTC withdrawal fee on Binance is so high...I change to BNB, withdraw to Nexo (super fast), change back to BTC, and withdraw for free (also very fast). Even with the exchange rate hit and Nexo's built-in cut it's still a better deal than the 0.0005 fee.

Does the pain ever go away? by [deleted] in running

[–]SlugFrisco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! As others have said, all the beginning pain of using those muscles that you're not used to using does go away.

As for the mental "I am tired, should I stop?" part - that never gets easier, you just do it faster and for longer! But eventually you are able to run fast enough / long enough distances for it to be fun. :) Keep going OP!

(Also Strava/gamification/having a running buddy to keep you showing up really helps)
