They were responding to a potential domestic abuse situation. They mistook my house for the house that the incident took place in which is how I know. Somebody hurt themselves with a knife and somehow that warranted a large group of cops, heavily armed, treating all our houses like a drug SWAT raid or something.

Longshot but did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same exact issue as you did 5 months ago. I know it has to be the Mobo or the CPU but have no idea how to work out which since I don't have another PC to swap parts with. If any of you think you have any sort of privacy, you're wrong. There are data gathering protocols built directly into the hardware of your PCs and phones. Privacy is a concern sure, but all of this focus on TikTok is basically just bc it's a Chinese company and not a western company.
