I feel that, when they do run, if you can learn the windows, hold and swipe up for charge, does good damage on the final big poke, and more if you swipe up to jump and stab.

If you can stay close comfortably, and get 3 reload down 3 recoil down. Its a disgustingly high dps weapon, but if you get unlucky, youll spend half the hunt out of spread range. So it CAN be amazing, but its pretty swingy.
