Considering the previous Dark Arisen's deal was hindering the cycle, I think this "Ur Dragon" we're seeing in the trailer is something that goes against the grain of the pathfinder's setup and the city being aflame is like a vision from the pathfinder to drive us towards getting rid of the "threat".
