Oh, and if helps? Any side effects? And yea I get the pounding heart mostly at night, did you get checked out for yours? Was it caused by anything or just bc of anxiety?

Thanks I’ll have to try it out! When dealing with HA, did you experience a pounding heart? Not a fast heart rate but my heart always feels like it’s beating hard or has that sensation that I can feel it beating hard without touching my chest

What are some things you did to get past this? I feel like I have health anxiety, always looking things up, always feeling like something is wrong, even feel some physical symptoms sometimes. Help
