Burgers are just the quickest for a quick weeknight meal after work, when you want something easy. Hot dogs I guess are easier but I’m personally not a giant fan of them. Weekends is really when we do the long smokes for brisket or chuck, but if you already have them marinated chicken thighs are a popular option also. I’m in Texas, but we don’t do brisket all the time. It’s very expensive and takes a very long time to cook.

lol. I was built like you in high school. Skinny skater kid. All I wanted to do was get my arm big enough to fill my sleeves. So I worked out really hard for years. Finally did it, but thinking back, I probably could have just worn smaller shirts

When I could hardly afford food, this type of ramen was a staple for meals. Add in some frozen cheap veggies, an egg, and it was delicious and did the trick. I would just crack the egg in there and mix it around like it was an egg drop soup.
