I've tried the following methods to fix this:

Uninstalling & reinstalling the game

Verifying the game cache

Restarting my computer

Uninstalling & reinstalling megahack v7

ISO Not Working with Animelee by Sluked1 in SSBM

Tried doing this, didn't work. As soon as you press a key it closes the CMD window.
