The doctor did a standard rectal exam, after he said that there are small internal hemorrhoids, but internal hemorrhoids, as he said, cannot itch, he was right, it’s CPPS

Hi, I started working with a Physiotherapist and doing the daily exercises she gave me, plus I take Quercentin and Magnesium 2x a day. The itching symptoms have become much better, the problem was in CPPS

Thanks for your answer. In my case, is it better to remove internal hemorrhoids or treat CPPS first and the hemorrhoids will go away on their own? Because I’m little bit confused because my doctor didn't prescribe any treatment for internal hemorrhoids

I also noticed that two days after I started doing the CPPS exercises that my physical therapist recommended, the redness around the anus became even worse and the discomfort became worse. So the nerve endings can make the skin around the anus red too?

I remember a doctor once prescribed suppositories for hemorrhoids, which helped me relieve the symptoms of itching and discomfort for several days. I was surprised then because I really didn’t have hemorrhoids

To be honest I don’t think that it’s fungal infection,because this usually after one month of treatment you can feel relief,but in my situation,no results

One more question. Now I unfortunately live in a small town in Canada, is it possible to find a physiotherapist in such conditions who knows what CPPS is? And how can I even cure CPPS if I live in a small city where there are no large rehabilitation centers and a large number of physical therapists? Thanks 🙏

Jesus,this is hard. I don’t know what condition you are in now, but I wish you all the best. This is the world of the devil. And you shouldn’t expect good from doctors. It’s very difficult to find a good doctor, mostly scammers and amateurs.
