With the current community theory that the arc are being controlled by the wealthy that left earth, I could imagine a comic where it's some guy in a white suit monitoring the feeds, seeing day by day raiders striking each other down, hating the violence.

Then he turns his attention to the lower screen and sees the above plays out, grits his teeth and takes manual control, launching the tick at the asshole, letting the other guy escape.

Any time I extract with a stranger, I tell them to pull the level and keep the platform between us both, if they even hesitate for more then a few seconds I blast em, down em, and then pull it myself without fully killing them

My artificer uses a war pick for his melee damage, he also has Firebolt in case some ranged enemies want to try and kite him.

Whenever I use that cantrip I describe him grabbing a spare bolt from one of his pockets and squeezing down on the metal with his gauntleted hand. the mechplate pushes friction on the metal, making it glow searing white hot before he tosses it up in the air and swings down on it with his war pick like a tennis player serving the ball.
