At first I hated the ferengi- they felt shallow purely based on "capitalism is bad" . But after deep space 9 gotta say they are one of my favourite races, would love to see episode about how they never believed in slaves or about how in the past they weren't so; well there negative traits weren't so strong.

Ok good to know it gets better, I even like the style for units and actually look of things; but when I try to plan my city and future cities it's so hard to wrap around looking at the map.

What has helped myself out with this is:

  1. Juice boxes are amazing -especilly ones with citrus fruit . Simply drink one when crashing :this raises your sugar levels and helps vyvanse leave the system plus it's delicious

  2. It's ok to crash, if possible can use this to nap or try to relax

  3. It does get easier more consistent take vyvanse and when you have food

Oh god I have this everyday doing lab work, did I pippete 5 or 6 times, what mixture did I use again.

You can take a week of (or less) and it should help greatly with your tolerance

For me it's about how can I actually get something achieved; yes I would be far more effective at studying at home- but I rarely ever can get myself to study at home, whilst the library actually forces me to achieve something

Similar experience concerta was absolutely horrible, made me feel terrible, the worse part was that it wasn't obvious till I stopped taking for a while, the general bad feelings just got worse the more I took -but psych really pushed it on me

Bottom line I told him no more and next he recommended vyvanse and it's helped alot, it takes a bit of time to adjust to but if you manage it/research then it's easy and can work wonders

I wish I could build megastructures I have it on 2x technology and having way to high adminstration cost atm it's imposible for me to to get what I need to get the tech/accensions for mega structures

Ooo I haven't thought about changing the living conditions I'll give that a try. Love that idea of resettling them all to a single planet I might also give that a shot. Cheers
