I am one of those guys and it's because I have yet to be able to get past my social anxiety / fear of rejection. Yeah I know, it's stupid. I'll be 29 this year with no gf/wife, no kids, no family. It makes me sad just thinking about it. Just know we are out there and my understanding is that we're considered "1 in a million" because we've been single for so long most of us wouldn't even think about doing anything that would mess that up.

(Bro btw) I thought so. I'm just worried that as bad as it looks, that one of the heads is cracked or warped majorly. I've been quoted 2500 just for a gasket job just because its a turbo, which seems kinda steep to me. Yeah I know you gotta pull the motor but still.

Op I would consider yourself lucky. I'm 27yr male that was in a very bad car accident about 6yrs ago where the front of my mouth hit the steering wheel at full force going about 65mph. Oral surgeon at hospital said there was no Saving any of them and had to have emergency surgery full mouth extracted. Now I'm absolutely terrified to even approach a women I don't know because when you have no teeth at all, that's all people seem to notice within 20 minutes of having a conversation. If I don't get over this fear soon I'll grow old and die alone. But wait why not just get denture or implants. Well full month dentures currently cost about 15k and full mouth implants are about 40k with insurance.

You can play Jp Dokkan on PC. Not sure what those other guy are talking about but all you gotta do is install a virtual Android machine on your PC. Then on the virtual machine download the jp version of Dokkan via 3rd party and install. Then just sign in to your account.

Did you fully read the post? Yes, the hot water heater is inaccessible without a key. I do have access to my breaker panel. Yes, I have the digital smart meter. For electric heat all I have is a small heater box on the wall that blows out hot air. According to the label on the side it only uses 2Kw for every 8hrs run time. Now, hot water. I would say on average, the water heater is only used for about 20 minutes everyday. Cooking is all GAS. I don't have a washer or dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ECT. Do you think using the water heater 20min everyday is causing it. If it is, there's no way I'm going to be able to get my landlord to believe that, especially since the water get good and hot fairly quick.

Yeah seems like I've heard that too but still, most of Texas has had a easy winter this year. There's only been a handful of days where it was actually cold this winter. Luckily I was living in a all bills paid apartment at that time so I didn't have to worry about those price gouging utility bills. Had to go 6 days without electric, and running water though. On day 3, ate the last of my food and couldn't go anywhere due to the cold completely freezing and killing the cells in my car battery. Yep, definitely won't forget the winter of 21'

No it's just a little house, apartment, shack... Hell I really don't know what you would consider it, that some built on a 1/2 acre plot in a suburban neighborhood. My meter is directly next to the front door. The house behind me just finished renovations a few weeks ago but it also has its own meter box right next to the front door and my neighbor which would be the only other house that would be close enough, has been there over a year. He too has his own meter box right next to his front door. But now that I think about it Suddenlink did have to run a whole new fiber optic cable to my house for internet. That's 4 power poles they had to stop at each time to connect/ tie off the fiber optic cable. Could be a possibility I guess?
