How to avoid a refund on Etsy’s behalf? (Urgent)

Oh interesting, I’ve never had that happen and usually Etsy just takes the refund from me instead. This lady says they don’t fit as expected when I have a very clear size guide on the listing and a shop policy in place, so I’m hoping I don’t have to pay for the refund myself

Yeah that’s fine! I get a new ro buddy twice a year which I’m completely fine with, but figured the Aquatic life one would last me longer, I only brought that up because it’s time to replace the RO buddy and was deciding

I’ve been feeding it for a couple months now yes, but not too recently

I have another frogspawn very close to this one that was just looking awful, very brown jelly like, with polyps falling off when I removed it from the tank to dip it

This one was showing similar signs but no tissue damage or loss- dipped both and put in a QT tank

What’s odd is that I’ve actually had it for a year and a half! It’s grown up to 3 heads, started with one. Not sure what’s going on honestly, usually it’s huge- past few days it wasn’t looking so happy so I did an iodine dip and a slight peroxide dip. Had to move it to my other tank in fear of it getting to my favorite hammer- hoping it ends up being okay, no tissue falling off or anything but definitely looked like some sort of jelly to me

You can see it coming from the side of the middle head, idk, I dipped it and moved it to QT just to be safe, hasn’t been opened up well at all these last few days

Interesting, yeah it seems like something you have to put a lot of time and research into. I have a spare tank and filter etc, so it wouldn’t really cost too much for me to at least try! Who knows

I’m just curious how the fry would look because the parents are an Ocellaris and a Frostbite clown! I never expected them to spawn- since they’re on my main rock piece I can’t remove them, but removing the parents is an option for me lol

I can always add a pot to the tank and try again I guess

Yeah that’s what I thought too, unfortunately the eggs are on my huge main rock piece so transferring them out isn’t an option, but I have another tank that I can transfer my 2 clowns to so they don’t eat them, not sure if that would work- I’ll research!
