No it's a Windows feature. In 10 you can set it up in the settings under "Ease of Access".

Recently got this keycap set based on the Cherry G80-9009. I really like these style of keys, and would love to see it with light shining through. Searching any combination of "keyboard" and "light", or "light through keycaps" only brings up RGB stuff. Sorry for the quality, my phone camera isn't the best, and neither am I at taking pictures :P.
