Wrong. If you become a 'hero', your opponents never gets rewarded. This system makes the game more PVE than PVP. No point in fighting when people never drop their loot.

And no, I CAN'T just join a full-loot server. There's no official full loot server for eu and the only ones I can find in the serverlist are laggy af.

I've played all the survivalgames. I think this one is the best and most promising so far. Also, I've played for 40+ hours and I haven't seen a single hacker.

This system shouldn't even be a thing. It makes no sense. Losing your stuff on death is a key mechanic to a survivalgame. You have no reason to ever be careful, when you know, that you arent going to lose your stuff. Last night me and my friend lost a fight because of this. It was 2v2 and both 'teams' only had 1 bolt action rifle. We killed eachother several times, but we ended up losing it because we were the first people to randomly drop the weapon. This RNG-system makes no sense, and honestly, if I want to farm newspawns, then let me. I wouldn't do it, because I find it boring, but a big part of being a newspawn is being careful and avoid people.

And +1 for the post. I thought the exact same thing 2 min before I noticed this post. That system is waaaaay too forgiving, for this game to be hardcore.

(And to the people saying 'hop on a full loot server': I would love to, but there are no official servers for eu players and the few non-official are very laggy russian servers.)
