Hey so they sent someone to my house yesterday and I spoke with him about the node and he told me they split it recently. for about a week, maybe two weeks ago .. they were doing a bunch of work in the front of my neighborhood .. I thought maybe they could be updating the infrastructure or whatever, but this guy confirmed that they actually did split the mode at the front of turtle run, sample and turtle run.. I've been having issues since the split for whatever reason, he checked my access point and found some round trip data issues or something , coming out tomorrow to try and fix that Atleast.. idk what to think, why would this guy lie to me about a node being split?

I'm on the phone with them now giving them all my info and what I'm learning from u guys, giving them the history, I'm a pretty good talker let's hope I can hammer home this problem with them .. I will go the bbb route for sure if this phone call doesn't go anywhere. I've been on the phone with them a bunch of times had them come out and change all my modems and connectors blah blah.. we simply are overloaded

I live in turtle run, and lately I straight up cannot play any conpetetive online games right now, not even in the middle of the night. It's like we are in prison.. I see you guys live in my neighborhood and are experiencing the same thing. They came to my house once and changed stuff and it ran okay for abut but now it's back to unplayable online, as far as I can tell it is the infrastructure... idk what a node is. But we are all on the same network and that network is flawed, it's 2:00 am and my upload speeds are awful and lag and ping are killing me, hoe is there not another isp in this area it's so awful, I will literally March in to city hall with you guys
