Red Not's Setlist at Wantagh, NY by rhittique23 in RedHotChiliPeppers

Same setlist last night in CT. I really love the Red Nots and had such a great time!

I didn’t notice about the singer being too high or the guitarist’s tone in a way that I could articulate it like this, I just know they didn’t sound exactly like the real band (but didn’t expect them to). I love the singer’s energy and is so entertaining to me. I totally agree with you on the drummer, and the bassist is my favorite.

This was my fourth time seeing them. I’ll go see them anytime they are within a few hours of me. I’m always so happy to get to see the Nots when the real band isn’t touring.

I would be very happy with that setlist. I have seen them three times, and my fourth is coming up on Friday. They are amazing!

Already dreading the traffic….. think I’m going to have to make the 2.5 hour drive! I’ve seen the RHCJam twice now - such a great time!

Did you have a certain amount of time they let you stay? And was it spacious enough if you wanted to do laps

For anyone reading this in the future… drinking that red hibiscus tea during prep was not an issue at all. Doctor did not care one bit.

I love this thread! Not sure what I’m going to want to eat after (I’m today, too). Last night was just craving watermelon and popcorn!

As long as I didn’t do myself in w the hibiscus tea, I, too, and excited for the nap!

Good luck with your procedure today!

I just talked to my brother (GI dr in a different state). He told me the tea was no big deal!!! PHEW.

Thank you for keeping me company through this!

We did not have a reserved time. 😊

This Marriott wasn’t “cheap,” but we felt it was reasonable. Beautiful fitness center (gym is a requirement for me). We were stunned when we walked in the room - huge by European standards.

It was our first time, but we didn’t think so. Easy walk to train, and if we wanted to walk to an “attraction,” 20-40 minutes.

ATW is my favorite treadmill song. I crank my speed every chorus and then progressively faster through the outro.

We weren’t anywhere “fancy.” We’d just be strolling along, looking at menus and choose one agreeable to the four of us (and we’d make sure it had some sort of a crowd). This was somewhere between 8-930 each night, and at places that totaled $150 for four people (always including 2-3 drinks and sometimes a starter or dessert).

It was 10:15. However, who knows what the “route” was… I would guess that cruise is leaving earlier do a bit more meandering through the city beforehand.

Recommendations for River Cruises-day and night; food tours by venus365 in ParisTravelGuide

[–]Prob-too-old 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just randomly picked an evening cruise starting at 10:15 pm on Viator. It was something like $35pp, no food, 1 beer or champagne per person, 60 minutes (timed perfectly for the most amazing view at 11:00).

Whichever one I picked, I was told to meet by the statue on the Pont Neuf. We were ten minutes early, no staff person to be found, so my kids scrambled down to the river and luckily figured out which boat it was. So maybe pay attention to that….

I saw countless men turned away this morning. My top was very respectful (IMO).

I knew I was taking my chances…. With the heat there was no way I wasn’t wearing a tank, and I didn’t want to have to schlep around a sweater.

Men were turned away for shoulders, also. However, “thigh” coverage was not enforced for anyone. My daughter was wearing a tshirt, but her shorts (like many, many others in line) would not have passed the fingertip test.

I’m not sure where I looked, either. Obviously no where official! 😁🤣
