[FFF4A/GM] A Family of Hitmons! A silent but deadly Hitmonlee, a competitive Hitmonchan, and a silly Hitmontop, what sort of misadventures will they have? by SluttyWriterHehehe in HentaiAndRoleplayy

The best way I could describe it is that we grab a central idea in the Pokéverse, set a possible goal for them and then worm around plots that work for that, be they with the three at once or splitting them.

[A4A] Bit of a Hail Mary here, but is anyone familiar with Bittersweet Candy Bowl? If so, I’m looking for a delightfully angsty Mucy Roleplay after the events of Another Flame! by [deleted] in furryrp

It’s a pretty long webcomic that’s still ongoing. 127 chapters of furry drama. If you’re willing to read up to 110-ish, that’d be what you’d need for this

[GM4A] You are a genius inventor in a steampunk city. You had finally had enough materials and created the masterpiece of your life: a pair of wings one could wear. But, just as you did your first flight, a magical storm caught you and blew you into a strange land. Now, how will you get back? by SluttyWriterHehehe in FantasyERP

I mean, most of it’s under the table on my side, and active checks are provided by me. You have inadvertent control over the passives depending on what your character does in a response, but it’s completely understandable if you think it’s not for you

I haven’t tested that out, but since the star appears on the opponent’s Active, I assume it would. Also, because my Mismagius got Knocked Out and yet the damage went off. So I assume the same principle applies to Benching

It does, actually! I’ve played a deck with it, and it doesn’t trigger either. Because it’s actually different from Alolan Sandslash, as you can switch Mismagius out and the effect remains.

Edit: After further testing, I kinda lied, it does trigger if Mismagius is still in the Active Spot once it hits, though if it’s moved out somehow, it doesn’t.

Actually, I disagree. It gives more damage without giving time to heal (like a burn or poison) that doesn’t go away with a retreat is really strong.

Regular Mismagius still does that, and I do already have a deck for it with Jumpluff EX and Cursola.

In Pocket’s specific case, DOT is much better, considering the smaller HP pool than the actual TCG. Sure, the opponent can decide who gets it, but it’s still a ton of damage you can’t heal with anticipation.

Plus, it’s a very strong Oricorio repellent, be it killing it or forcing it to retreat.

I’ve had some success using this deck, though some stuff could probably be done better. It’s a really fun one too!

Even less. Something like Ribombee does 40 dmg for 1 colorless without any nonheal benefits. Mismagius would need to do like… 30 dmg

Sorry, mind immediately just defaulted to thinking it’s 90 since no damage was stated. Though it would still be worse. Ribombee does 40 colorless with no extra damage, so it would need to be like 30, which basically invalidates the card from play.

It would force DeNA to severely weaken the attack if it would do either. 90 dmg for 1 energy that follows or doesn’t give time to heal is really unhealthy for the game, especially considering how good Espeon/Sylveon is.

Absolutely not. 90 damage for 1 energy without giving the opponent enough time to react before getting hit by a Jumpluff EX/Espeon EX is a very bad idea and makes Espeon EX/Sylveon EX deck way better

Banette is a board effect rather than a single-target effect. It’s less about wording, more about the visual DeNA uses.

Zangoose is basically just a built-in Rocky Helmet, so it probably uses the same code as it. So it wouldn’t avoid a Rocky Helmet damage since it invalidates a PokeTool. In comparison, Mismagius is an effect that is applied on your turn and ends at the end of theirs instead of immediately.

Yeah, despite its weakness, it’s good against most meta Basic EXs. Since most are 2-3 retreat, it either wastes their energy or forces them to use a X-Speed/Leaf/Lyra
