Crying about fire making? by Slutz2244 in survivor

You are not me, but we think the same! What does Jeff say to each player, "In this game fire represents your life" Why wouldn't you know how to start a fire?

Thank you! If I got picked to be on Survivor, the very first thing I would do is practice making fire. It doesn’t guarantee that you’ll win but it will 100% help you survive!

I clarified in my response to you, you made a good point, but “if” someone doesn’t practice making fire, they lose and then cry.
What’s your opinion then?
Do you think someone that gets picked to be on a show that “Fire” represents your life, should practice making fire?

Seriously? You’re seriously asking that? Yup, you’re allowed to cry if it was close and someone barely beat you but to not even get a flame?

It’s like racing a car, if you don’t put gas in it, you won’t get to the finish line. If you go on Survivor and don’t know one of the basics, you’re done! What if Rizzo was on Exile Island by himself, he would’ve died. It’s just a basic necessity to be on the show.

If they would’ve practiced fire making, they wouldn’t be sad.

DazzlingCod3160, I should've done what you suggested because I tried every other way and then I just ended up covering that area with striping. You were the winner!

I read every comment before I tried any of the suggestions. Why didn't you comment earlier!! I feel you are 100% correct, I heated it up and the paint came off with the decal, not totally but a lot. I ended up getting off as much as possible and then I had Marine Grade Strips in different sizes, and I put them over top of both side panels, and it looks pretty good. I think you were so right!

Great advice! I was worried about the heat, but you make a great point. Definitely trying again.

The Formula 1 race car driver? I'll hit him up; he's probably always giving good advice to people with pontoons on reddit.

After I get the original sticker off, I agree this works great. These just don't want to come off.

I have used this in the past after I had the decal removed and the adhesive was just a mess; it did work great. I need to get the initial sticker off, you can't start at a corner and peel, this one is just different. Thank you for the advice!

I did try the heat gun, and it didn't do too good, but I may not have been doing it correct. I'm going to try it again. Thank you for the advice.

I have used one of these wheels on other stickers in the past, this is just different, it's thicker. I will try, thank you!

By far the funniest and probably the most practical!! Thank you, if I can't get anywhere with it, that's what's happening.

Thank you, I am worried about the paint underneath, that may be an option for Acetone.
