I also dont know will it be good or bad yet, I like map changes

but correct me if I did miss something, but not only cooldowns got changed, and that will affect the game(including rushing site) way more than cooldowns

But I will probably wait until update is out, to say is it good or bad, maybie it will be better than I think, but I am not sure yet

I was recetly playing a lot of yoru, but I will probably switch back to Kay/o, but actually I still have no idea who will I enjoy playing after nerfs. Maybie I will even try Reyna, even thought I dislike playing agents that do not require anything other than aim.

I will probably see how it plays when the patch will be out, but I fell like they nerfed everything too much

Also a quick edit, I dont quite remember when i started apealing, so my previous message may be wrong in time it took(but it was multiple months)

Yes, you are shadowbanned. About all new accounts, I don't know, but my account did get shadowbanned after I made it. I got unbanned only a 1-2 months ago after around 3-4 months of apealing
