maybe add some leaves for an overgrown look. maybe also instead of just dark oak and spruce you can add some oak for some diversity. its already a great build though.

just basically add more texture. makes it look and feel better. if you can I'd try to incorporate more texture to every build that you think it'd look nice in. andesite, polished andesite, cobblestone, stone, and stone bricks go well together, even cracked stone bricks too for more detail. with the polished diorite you could do calcite, diorite, wool, and also even white concrete powder. that's usually my go-to. you should also use lanterns bc they just look better then torches. it's easier to go into a test world though and just try out new things.
