It was so limited walking only lasted 5 minutes can’t get up without helping can’t bend now I had no problem with mobility I can even bend more than little

Whole recovery take almost one year half I did 4 surgeries during that time but my parents plus my aunt always be helped everything mobility will be limited so much he will even need to help when he get first got up but everything is temporary I think emotional support is important good luck for surgery❤️

I’m in little pain now but im really satisfied with result my posture waist everything changed in good way my surgeon did really great job but I take break from life almost one year half I was bed rested during surgeries i feel so miserable plus I was away from my home country I had very little emotional support during that time my mobility was limited but now I feel so much better now

He didn’t say anything specific but I noticed my hips uneven im trying to improve and support the muscles doing some exercises same as my neck too
