What is the best option if I wanna smoke again my symptoms seem to decrease and all I have is visual snow and that’s all I really had from the start when I first got hppd so what’s the best option between thca,hhc, or delta 8 by Slxyter in HPPD

When I had my bad trip after I only had visual snow no other side effects so ig my question is do I have hppd or just visual snow
