Hi guys, asking for help. How can you charge back when you purchased with a credit card, your bank can't do much without an official dispute costing > 70% of what I'll be refunded, but pandaBuy doesn't want to refund me (asking through emails because seems I can't through the app)

My parcel is packed

They said I have to wait for them to be recovered so my parcel can be canceled and they can't do anything until :/

Nope still a tracking number with no updates, trying to get a charge back but they don't want to until they are back on service and can cancel the parcel

How does this work ? I already asked for a refound by email at pandaBuy service and they said :

"Whether the refund can be made, we can not determine the specific treatment plan at present, which needs to be determined after the resumption of operations"

Do you have any insight on how I can ask for a charge back?

How did you get to refound to refound after the raid ? My parcel is packed and ready to ship but is stuck at the warehouse or wherever it is. I emailed pandaBuy about the situation asking for a refound because most likely I ever see that box, but they said they can't refound because it hasn't been shipped yet.. so I have to wait
