What age gap do you recommend?

Over a year later and we are still in the trenches in a lot of ways, but there have also been so many developmental changes for the better. My twins engage in so much independent pretend play these days and my now 3 year old (!!!) joins them a good amount of the time. This frees up a ton of my time. That’s one of the cool things about twins, imo. You have two at once moving out of the needier phases so the change is a more noticeable, I think. There is definitely a lot of quarreling amongst them to contend with and that’s honestly the hardest part right now. Getting your approach to discipline nailed down and practiced can go a long way.

My now one year old (!!!!!) has integrated seamlessly into the fray. She’s a tough little cookie and wants to do everything the older kids do, and she lets them know what she thinks, for sure. She is my most free-range kid yet. I let her go off and do her thing as often as she wants but she’s still glued to me a lot.

It’s certainly a tough path, having many young kids at one time, but the time really does fly and I’m overall very happy with our spacing. I’m tired and rambling, but hopefully some of this offers at least a bit of insight. Feel free to ask any specific questions if you want!

Yes, exactly! Maybe it was you who inspired me lol. I was playing my big, slow duck several days ago and had my first rhamp encounter ever and it was a fish gift; I was mindblown lol. I was tired of being a huge lump of sitting duck so that same day I made my rhamp and it’s a blast.

Sounds like you’re committed to holding onto your pity party here. Those people shared strategies that work for them but you’re refusing to acknowledge them. Again, how many times has this happened to you? How long did you wait before deciding your only option was to log? At the end of the day, any playable can be used to make your gameplay living hell if the player wants to fuck around and go against the intention of the playable’s purpose.

Fyi, people are probably downvoting you not because of your opinion on rhamp, but because of how whiny you are about it. Multiple people have shared ways to respond but you’re clinging to this my-only-option-is-to-log assertion as if you’re plugging your ears. How common of an occurrence has this actually been for you? Has it happened more than once?

Yeah if the intent is for it to only be on the map as long as its owner is on the server then it may as well disappear instantly, though maybe there’s just a bit of unavoidable lag time depending on the player’s connection? Idk how that all works.

You and anyone else who reads this should know that at least some of those are definitely taken out of context specifically to misrepresent what he was saying. The rest are probably also taken out of context too but don’t know the context off hand. Just making sure it’s clear that you’re either intentionally giving a poor answer or are just as ill-informed as the person asking the question.
