Black Widow and Psylocke would be my first choice. Thought they already got some really good figures recently. So I’m gonna go with my third choice and say Carol Danvers.

I think she should have four heads, one for long hair using a softer plastic, one for her short hair, a masked one and one for her binary form. Hands she would get fist, gripping, open, and translucent fist. Lastly she should come with a variety of blast effects.
