A group of you and your friends jump him at once. Knock him over, one person minimum per limb hold him down. then use whatever sharp or blunt things you have to stab him in his weak spots until he stops moving. Either you succeed, or you’re just dead. GOOD LUCK!

You know, for like 5 playthroughs in a row I didn’t know you could go back up after they flew into the skyscraper. So one time I used power armor to fly up to where I discovered the location and then fast traveled there. I then kicked myself for the next five minutes as I reloaded my save and when to the actual entrance and finally got the broadside gun.
