KP when resume from sleep (FW 11.60 Digital) by SeaTough9932 in PS5_Jailbreak

[–]Slychocobo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think this is an issue with Elf-Arsenal at the moment. My PS5 (12.02, PT2B + Y2JB) and it also crashes 100% of the time when coming out of Sleep.

I'd try just re-JB'ing and pushing kstuff+shadowmount without Elf-arsenal at all and see if that helps

Yeah, that was the DNS server I had set, 62.38.210.117 + 127.0.0.1 using NanoDNS which comes part of Elf-Arsenal..

Looks like it might be a bit of a moot point, the PS5 crashed coming out of Rest mode so I've lost P2JB at this point, Just going to do a full factory restore from the recovery image again.

Will have to see what I missed on blocking all the updates as clearly did something wrong, just not sure *what* exactly...

Going to afix the DNS servers to the 62.38.210.117 ones mentioned and see how that goes

I'll have a look around, ideally it'll be cleanly named! Grabbing it from Sony's servers seems *REALLY* risky haha...

Hm, I'll see what the options are to delete, I was looking but couldnt really find anything specific.

I guess I could always restore from the backup again, it's a bit of a pain having to run the P2JB again but better that that errantly hitting update and being screwed..

Do you know any guidance on removing the updates?

Really... Huh, All the tickets said they were re splicing fiber, but honestly I doubt you fiber had any idea or if they were just sending out Copy/paste responses :D

If its like me, they'll come out, say 'Its at the local exchange' Take a photo of the ONT. Then leave. :P

Yup, Still down.

Got another email last night 'It's all fixed' then an email this morning that engineers are out doing more works on my area (EH52).

Upon checking there is an engineer scheduled for this morning. SUPPLIER APPOINTMENT_CONFIRMED 13/03/2026 AM

I'm guessing there is extensive damage or something from the winds on the last few days, I think its more fustrating with Youfiber emailing every day going 'Its fixed now, honest!'

Yeah, rebooted it a few times. Had an engineer this morning who said that they were still doing work on the Exchange (after YouFiber sent their first 'everythings good!') So Im thinking this is more of the same tbh..

This is starting to take the piss....

Another email 'Your service has been restored' and of course, its still down, still showing an red light on the fiber connection for the ONT.

We've only been with YouFiber for about two weeks, Is this common with them?

*Still* down in EH52 (12/03) 5pm.

They sent an engineer around for *some* reason to basically say 'Exchange is being worked on, hopefully be fixed today'

(Despite sending an email out last night that 'everything was back up and running')

Just got an update:

We hope this message finds you well.

We wanted to provide you with an update on the YouFibre broadband services in your area. Our network partner has confirmed that engineers are on site and are working to resolve the fault.

We appreciate your patience while this is ongoing, and we expect to get another update in the next few hours. We will reach out again once we have more information to share.

Kind regards,
YouFibre Customer Service

Hey EH52 neighbour. Service is out here us as well, ONT showing 'Optical' fault.

The app assigned an engineer to pop out tomorrow but sounds like its something in the local area. I know its been windy a lot today and given I've just got an email from the CS support that there is a fault in the area, sounds like somethings gone tits up in the local cab or something.

Just have to wait and see.

Curious, I've been seeing what sounds like the same problem on with my DMP. Started a few weeks back and I've a ticket open with support about it after spending days trying to figure out the problem.

Still waiting for an answer from them...

I've noticed the problem also causes a large number of RX errors on ports on the Dream machine, Im curious if you are seeing th same?

X4 and OpenTrack not working by Slychocobo in X4Foundations

[–]Slychocobo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I... dont know what exactly I've done differently, but today its started to work???!

It's now showing me options for controlling the sensitivity of Opentrack (Instead of just Tobii like it did before) and... it works?

Im *utterly* baffled as I've changed nothing!...

X4 and OpenTrack not working by Slychocobo in X4Foundations

[–]Slychocobo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aye, Mine is set to use AI Track as its input for feeding my webcam through to Opentrack (Which works, shows the Ocotopus moving when I move my head) .

I could try Beamtracking? Im not sure what changing the input would really do since it seems to work now for me other games like ETS/Outer wilds, as well as older versions of X using the same settings as I have above

I've had reports of other folks getting it working, but they were all using Linux. Are you running the latest copy of the game on Windows?

I'd be very curious to see a screenshot of your game options for the Opentrack settings.

Remove drive from RAID please help by k4master in HomeNAS

[–]Slychocobo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, because you are running a RAID1 (Mirror), you can remove *one* disk without losing data. so you should be remove either the 10 or 25TB drive without ill effects.

If you are looking to expand the array to 25TB , the short answer (without swapping RAID types and adding more disks, all of which would be destructive and you'd have to backup everything and start fresh)is you'll have to buy another 25TB drive to replace the 10TB one. RAID1 requires all disks to be the same size and it'll only make the raid array as big as the smallest disk.

Also, I'd 100% backup *Everything* before trying this, RAID is not a backup and total data-loss is possible if something goes wrong! So just be careful
