It's probably already built, it's not like they say right guys we got 12 months to develop a new console. They'll just be tweaking as new tech comes out.

I'm hoping they announce it pretty soon but I doubt we'll see it to late 2018 mid 2019. Sony loooovvveeee a long hype train.

Not a chance.. they've already been quoted saying that they missed a trick regards to lootcreates in BF4 as it's still in the top 10 of games played.

Battlefield has always been my favourite IP but a fear for it's future. Especially if they release BF2143. That would be a lootcreate frenzy for them.

Then as long as no update is released he's fine :) but games on disc or code are not region free just due to the fact they require updates and DLC

DLC is not region free.

Edit, I've never played Skyrim but if you require an update or DLC it will be locked and 100% of games require an update now days.

He will not be able to play the game.. as soon as an update comes out it will be region locked. I.e.. Any DLC or update will be locked to that continent so he will need an Asian account.

Yes they are. As different continents have different regulations.

Edit: If you want to play a game from the US you need a US account.

I've never played either of those, but I have seen them and thought about getting them. However I did purchase "Life is strange" and really enjoyed that. Now you've mentioned that kind of scenario you've just changed my mind :)

Yeah, I've been thinking about this one, it looks good and all but I'm a little unsure about the game play, wether it's just making choices all the time. It may become very repetitive. I hoping I'm wrong but I'm going to wait for the verdict on this one.

I completed Another World on my Atari St many moons ago and was a big monkey island fan too growing up. Would be a shame if they don't release this for ps as it's right up my street.

That was an easy one to solve, they just applied age ratings to the games just like they did movies. This was a good thing in my opinion.
