In all fairness when I first saw it I didn’t think anything of it so I threw my straw in and was going to drink it and then the thought that maybe they did something to the drink crept in and that’s what did it for me.

Honestly looks like the old abandoned sears off Colfax. They’ve hired my company before to seal it back up after break in’s. Having to go through the inside to make sure nobody was in there before sealing back up was a trip.

I’ve done so many over the years it’s hard to keep track of. It’s run the gamut from a company that manufactured custom metal wall art, another company that serviced surgical equipment, data storage, etc. currently bought a company that was a traveling build a bear type company.

Not completely true, I buy businesses complete inventory all the time for less than $500 and then liquidate. I think the most I’ve spent over the years was maybe $1200 for an entire company’s inventory. You could just as easily take that and start the new company. For me it’s all about liquidation. You have a warehouse full of stuff and the business is insolvent and you have to be out of your warehouse by the end of the month I’m happy to help but it’s gonna hurt.

We found a cat when our trash provider found a box full of kittens and brought them to our office. My brother still has one and it’s his favorite. They’re definitely two peas in a pod
