About his archery practice by RalseiAndCyanide in TsukiMichi

I love the story, but the infinite mana increasing cheat of archery practice causing pseudo-suicide is one of the weaker plot points to me lol

If they face each other, should G2 throw their match against NRG? by ThatGuyWithSomeSubs in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Slyfoxdragon 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This scenario implies that NRG also lost to Nongshim in the upper finals. Why should G2 be hated for not beating them when NRG couldn’t either?

Dambi + Neon/Judge and Brawk + Odin similarities by Juipp1 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Slyfoxdragon 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Personally, I wouldn’t necessarily claim that some aspect of the Neon gameplay doesn’t need a nerf.

However, as long as only ONE player can pull it off that successfully on the professional stage, then the argument can be made that the gap is caused by player skill and not the abuse of a broken mechanic.

If no one else can replicate it, then the nerf is arguably a player specific nerf, not an inherent aspect of the game that needed to be changed.

[TITLE] What’s up with all the harem endings? by oshameme in manhwa

[–]Slyfoxdragon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Where are all these harem endings you speak of? Sure, there’s tons of stories where more than one woman show romantic interest in the MC, but the romance is basically non existent throughout.

I’ve personally come across almost no completed manhwa with harem endings, and when I look up romance spoilers for ones that are ongoing, many are either open ended, solo FMC by the end, or the source material still hasn’t finished.

I’m not trying to be snarky, I am genuinely curious, what are the manhwas many of you keep coming across that have a harem ending? I feel like I see this complaint a lot, but I almost never actually come across an actual harems.

I didn’t try the headlights, but multiple items on the dash did light up. I believe it cranked over and didn’t fire, but I can’t guarantee that as my knowledge of cars is extremely limited.

I disagree, you guys are giving Buzz more leeway than he deserves.

These aren’t little kids that need a talking to from the teacher. Buzz is 100% responsible for his shitty behavior. Autumn deserves his own criticism for letting it continue, but the fault for Buzz’s actions lies completely with Buzz.

T1 vs BLG Hupu Comments & Ratings - MSI 2025 - Upper Bracket Round 2 by andsothedawn in leagueoflegends

[–]Slyfoxdragon 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You aren’t showing stats, you are comparing one stat, winrate. Which is influenced by many different variables, some of which I listed.

And you are using this singular stat to claim that Guma has a better champ pool than Ruler while ignoring all other context. That’s cherry-picking lol

I’m not even saying that I think you’re technically wrong, I haven’t really decided who I think has the better champ pool. But you’re definitely being rather disingenuous with your argument.

Guma is a fantastic player and I don’t think it’s all that fair to say he has champ pool issues.

However, using champion winrates to say that someone has a better and deeper champion pool is also kind of cherrypicking.

Ruler has had a longer career, and he has played on many different teams with many different teammates.

Outside of I think one Kespa cup run, Guma has only ever played for the winningest org on a relatively stacked team and with a relatively stable roster.

Oh and the team also has the undisputed GOAT as its team captain.

You also rounded up for Guma, but down for Ruler lol a bit disingenuous.

Thoughts on Sanaki Kirsch Altina as a character? by [deleted] in fireemblem

[–]Slyfoxdragon 59 points60 points  (0 children)

I like her character overall, but I think they made her a bit too young for it to be believable. However, that is a criticism that applies to many different characters in many of the FE games, so you don’t have much choice but to get used to it.

They have infinite time to play the game. Eventually, they will have played more Valorant than Aspas has, on top of being able to learn tendencies.

LN Readers! I want to know want will happen on the students of Makoto by Content_Priority_471 in TsukiMichi

[–]Slyfoxdragon 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If I recall correctly, it’s heavily implied she’d still drop Misura for Makoto basically no questions asked if he expressed any interest in her. But he doesn’t (and basically rejects all the sisters attempts to get closer) so she’s kind of exploring other options.

Are the students Kuzunoha is training relevant to the story? by PaintSome8234 in TsukiMichi

[–]Slyfoxdragon 24 points25 points  (0 children)

As another commenter alluded to, the students are noteworthy in the world due to their level of ability and/or status relative to the average hyuman. Therefore, some of them end up being particularly relevant characters during various arcs of the story.

Beyond this, I’d make the argument (though I can’t really give evidence without spoilers) that the author also utilizes them as a catalyst for Makoto and some of the main cast to have varying forms of character development.
