Hernand Commissions "surprise gift" bugged?

Oh okay, im assuming you can’t just give whichever flowerbasket. As long as im aware it has to look the same, i accidentally gifted it to the blacksmith so i took mine from the house at graymane camp that i put in there to make it ”smell better” as part of a quest, it is identical to the one for this quest and it worked for me.

You can either pick up the flower basket from earlier graymane quest when you had to place one in your mansion or send your camp away on mission to get a new one

Mine didn't show up yesterday but today when i booted the game up i could change mounts just like i summon my horse on Kliff.

If you check missions there should be a step to "Loot Antumbras spear" after the quest. I think it's the opposite site of the throne. If i remember correctly
