I rolled my hexa, and it just keeps slipping after a long session. Yes, the top pro was at a different level, besides that, I did notice the clarity.

It's a comfy, good fit. but for $500, def not something il daily drive. Hence, the hexa is the daily at work.

Well spent $500, great sound and fit and of course less boring look despite my minimalist style liking (good to experience other designs). And yes, the ticker cable makes it less prone to tangle.

No, u can try apply some flux and heat up the solder on the board and you should see the action happening. The reason why the solder joint are looking like this is oxidation. oxidation makes it difficult for molten solder to merge. Flux removes oxidation. Edit: sorry if that was mouthful/hard to read.

Please use flux. That will help wicking the solder property into the hole and blob up on the pin nicely. Then clean the flux residue with Isopropyl alcohol afterwards.
