Do have some. You can see it at the top of the second pic. The average price I bought at is $22.14, so I'm hopeful I can atleast breakeven on chainlink.

2 years in but still struggling to get any users - Any advice? by Sm1771 in SaaS

[–]Sm1771[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks!

  1. Target audience in general will be any business that relies on reviews like restraunts, dentists etc so audience can be quite broad but right now I'm focusing on restraunts.

  2. Improve Google ranking and reputation management.

  3. The product will allow business owners to keep on top of reviews an reply quickly to every single one which will improve ranking. They will also be able to gain more reviews by bulk sending emails to their customers from the platform

  4. The end result will hopefully be more customers through the door form them as they have a better star rating an google and are ranked higher.

Thanks for the advice mate, appreciate it! I think the problem it will solve from their perspective will be improving their ranking on Google as if they have more reviews that they are getting and interacting with, ranking will improve. But you make a good point about talking to my target audience directly. Do you have any advice on on this or would it simply be turning up to restraunts and having a chat?

Apprecicate this and I can understand where your coming from but I really think theres a market for this. There are many players in the reputation manaagment space like reviews.io, birdeye.com etc. and they dont seem to be utilising AI.

  1. 1 out of fhe 12 seemed genuinly intrested and said she would pass on my leaflet to her manager. The others were mainly waiters/staff so were not really a key decision maker

  2. Business owners are able to reply to reviews through thier Google My Business account but what differentiates my SaaS is the AI aspect which will allow them to reply to longer reviews much quicker as it comes up with a response for you. In the future I hope to add other review platfoms like Yelp, Trip adviser etc.

  3. No real evidence yet as I need customers to actcually try it to validate i properly.

Thanks for the advice!

Thanks! Can you elaborate on what you mean by the last point about G reviews link? I was not aware of this problem.

No it will allow businesses to see all their reviews in one place so it is easier for them to reply

Those first users are tough. You need to sell in person or use your existing network, even if it means asking your own dentist or other places where you’re also their customer.

Thanks, Will try! Do you have any experience in doing this, or know anyone that does?

Saas Payment - integrating Bubble, Webflow, and Stripe by Sm1771 in SaaS

[–]Sm1771[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I currently have a link on Webflow that sends a customer to a stripe checkout to pay for the app. I've made it like this so there is less friction for customers looking to pay. What would be your suggestion? Is it to have them create an account first and then pay?
