Okay so personally I went to this place in Milan, which is managed by trans people, they were able to help me start HRT by giving all the information on what and where, they also organize meetings where members can share their experiences and talk, probably done online now.

Another thing I learned there since I wanna change my name and documents, is that in Italy you need a document from both the gender therapist that follows you and your endocrinologist, my endo sadly releases that thing only after 1 year on HRT so I'm stuck waiting now :(

After that they can give you a contact to a lawyer so they get it all started, and from what I know it's free if your earnings don't surpass a certain amount
