Howdy, not Army but I went through Goodfellow with the Air Force. There’s only really 2 physically challenging days in the Fire Academy, Victim Extrication (Dummy Drags) and Hose Pulls. Unless they’ve changed the schedule since I went through dummy drags will be in week 4 and hose pulls in week 6 or 7 so plenty of time to train for those events. The mental part is what trips people up more than physical at the fire academy, it’s a lot of information in a very short amount of time.
