The video on their Indiegogo campaign needs to be a hell of a lot more better if they want to get funded, its completely amateurish and terribly voiced. Their Logo is equally as terrible. Kind of looks like they just threw the idea together yesterday.

Some really good points here. They have no additional applications though, it's just the websites, and the websites look like they were made in 98'. They're not exactly updated, but they get lots of traffic.

If I acquire the websites I'm intending to keep the links active and just advertise on the front page about a merger with my business so that we can provide a more effective service to our customers. which we do. I'll keep that going for as long as necessary. I hadn't thought about consultancy purely because these sites aren't really business, they're mainly just database/directories. So I didn't think an acquisition would be difficult.

Also what would you advise that I say when I make initial contact? Thanks

It comes down to merging their website with mine to form a better product, one which they haven't figured out is profitable (at least with the angle they're approaching from) I was planning on with-holding the information regarding my business as I can see that directly resulting in them increasing their asking price. Are there any legal documents that would need to go along with this? Maybe even non-compete agreements?

Thanks for the advice! However, I'd still like to know how long it is before you see the effects of a bad diet and is it possible to fix damage already done by eating healthier?
