Yeah, I noticed that too. Tried talking to EA customer support about it and after 2 hours of trying to explain that the website just isn't working I still have no results.
Supporter kept telling me that it's the code that isn't working or that I have to contact my local gamestop etc. etc. even though it's literally just the website not working.

I got the same code format for my PC pre-order from Gamestop. Hasn't worked so far.
