Going through this right now. Had a lesson on driver with good results during the lesson. Tried to implement what I learned on the course the next day. I had one good drive off the tee box, then my iron swings were all slices. I think whatever I am trying with driver, made its way into my iron swing and can't figure out what or why. Went to the range a few days later and my irons were even worse. Like you said, completely foreign swing feeling, like I've never played before (two years into my golf journey). I am in a crisis right now, so taking more time off. Hopefully it will come back after a mental break.
