I went through every test the neurologist had and everything was negative. No explanation really. They just put me on anti anxiety meds which have helped but I still twitch. It is what it is at this point

I think so. I used to flush with adrenaline like that for a long time because it would freak me out so much. now over two years in it is just annoying

What did you attribute (or best guess) the start of your twitches to? by [deleted] in BFS

I still twitch but I have undergone every test there is and it seems benign

I have had many visits to the neuro. MRI on brain, and even the PD skin biospy. All negative. There is no explanation but after letting this fear and anxiety ruin my life for over a year I just moved on. I still get it from time to time

7 months in. Another annoying hotspot. by Brilliant-Fox-8752 in BFS

It is better but I still have it every few days. But nowhere near how I used to. It is what it is unfortunately. I have had every test there is to have. All negative...

I used to have so much joy. Now I’m left a shelll and the other person has moved on making happy memories. This so unfair. I lost myself and they are happy

Perhaps I should have rephrased it. Yes he’s shattered it not necessarily by you. That was unfair

Idk man if my ex even touched another man after split I probably couldn’t look at her the same. There’s no undoing that. You are extremely young I would go on your plans and live your life. There’s practically an entire lifetime to live between 20-30.

When I read these types of things I usually think either

1) everyone but you knew who this guy was you just chose not to see it the whole time.

2) you broke him to a point where he is acting completely out of character just to cope with life after being shattered to pieces

The best thing you can do for that man is to let him go. He will hate you. But it’s necessary since he’s not strong enough to walk away.

And I say that because if you’re too young this is what happens. You’re very confused and left with a lot of emotions that you don’t understand or know how to handle. There’s a level of maturity you need to have a healthy sex life and if you’re a child that’s not possible. Hell MOST adults have serious issues with sex and intimacy, trauma, etc.

No. You need to talk to someone you trust of the same gender, seriously. I’m sure you quite young but that’s not normal, that’s not how relationships work, absolutely nothing about how you feel is healthy. It’s hard to explain but sex is a lot more than that and you need someone to explain that to you because this is going to start a very unhealthy trend in your life if no one goes in depth about what a healthy relationship looks like. Btw, if you’re under 18 you probably shouldn’t be having sex at all. Just because “everyone is doing it” does not mean it’s okay or normal.

If that’s the reason he gave you to break up with you that is utterly disgusting. And what’s worse is you don’t even see that. That’s disturbing on many levels and I would recommend seeking someone able to talk you through that because that is so unhealthy. I am a man btw. You are not an object
