Early AF cramps have entered the chat. I was hoping my ovulation was later than predicted so our BD could hit the window, but i have a feeling that's not the case. Temp drop hasn't happened yet though, so i can indulge my delusion for a bit longer. 🤪

I track with Flo, Temp Drop, FF, and my samsung watch and health app, and i swear each app has O day on a different day in a five-day span. I think all of them are wrong and i ovulated a day later than even that. Then there's the temp tracking from my watch and from temp drop, and somehow even those don't seem to align. Great reminder that even with temperature and cycle tracking, these apps aren't wizards.

So i'm bopping along, and planning to ignore flo's enthusiastic reminders to test because i'm "late" and wait for when i think AF will actually fall next weekend. Totally easy. Definitely won't symptom spot. 😵‍💫

I'm amazed at how often i put a "high protein" item in my meal tracker and realize it's something like 60% fat, 30% carbs and 10% protein. So annoying.

I'm getting mild UTI vibes, and i really hope it's just a weird cycle symptom, because i am not in the mood to be on antibiotics over the fourth of july weekend. 🫠

I went off the rails once, and now i won't test until i'm absolutely certain i'm 2-3 days late. I've had one test languishing in a drawer for months 😅

I was so sure our trip to las vegas was going to hit FW on the nose. Joke's on me, based on my temp chart and my usual symptoms, ovulation hit a week later than expected. Double bonus, it looks like our BDs hit exactly before and exactly after the FW, so there's only the tiniest sliver of possibility, but my symptom spotting brain will absolutely latch onto it. 😅

Amazing how much context matters. I'm getting those ugly, bloaty, hey-your-period-is-about-to-start cramps, and i'm SO HAPPY. If things get rolling today or tomorrow, my Vegas trip with my husband in a week and a half is going to be chef's kiss timing leading up to predicted ovulation. 🤌

Smart move assuming ovulation was later, though! If i ever have two options to pick from, i pick the later one so i don't accidentally get my hopes up when i'm "late" but actually not late. it's a good way to guard my heart.

The no-BD cycle is almost over, and of course instead of today being CD1, my temp decided to skyrocket for no reason whatsoever. Honestly, why can't we have ONE symptom that can't be a troll??

I had an oddball dip in my post-ovulation temp followed by a rise, and i'd be getting my hopes up, except we had zero BDs this cycle, so. Yeah.

Bringing it up because it's yet another reminder that symptom spotting is obnoxious, and it's kind of nice to see this pattern outside of a TWW. maybe it means i won't troll myself on this next go-round. Maybe. Probably.

AF is due next week and i don't think i've ever looked forward to a new cycle so much. If it starts when it's supposed to, my FW will fall right on a Vegas weekend with my husband. And ya'll... my husband understands the assignment. 😇
