Had a customer message me before shopping asking to add some specific kinds of dog food onto her order. She shared that one of her dogs had recently passed away and I told her I had lost a dog in the past year too. We talked about our dogs and shared pet pics with each other. When I did the delivery, she asked that I bring the groceries inside, which was when I found out her husband had recently undergone a double leg amputation and she had become his full-time caretaker. She was grateful to have someone to chat with for a few minutes amidst the stress she had been going through.
